Physicians Formula: Happy Booster – Review

I know that a lot of beauty guru’s/bloggers are big fans of this brand.  Personally, I have never really gotten into it.  The price has always made me a apprehensive, which is weird because I love Sephora and have no issues with buying high end products.

Last year I had picked up Laura Mercier’s Loose Setting Powder.  I didn’t have any real complaints with it.  It did its job and I was happy with that.  So, picking up Physicians Formula: Happy Booster was a bit of an impulse buy, but I am so happy I did it.

Physicians Formula: Happy Booster Glow & Mood Boosting Powder in Translucent

You know I am gonna start with how adorable this packaging is.  I absolutely love how cute and girlie these hearts are and better yet, they don’t disappear after a few uses.  I have been using this product daily since mid-February and only now are the edges starting to blend from usage.

Going away from the cute packaging this product is fabulous.  It sets my foundation, I like that it actually gives a glow without my t-zone looking like a grease slick. I can’t say that it boosts my mood, but I suppose in a round-about way… since it does work it makes me happy? *laughs* Going back to the glow, like I said it isn’t greasy and you can still apply bronzer and it not look gross.  So for those of you girls that have a t-zone oily issue, no fear you can use this (at least I can) and not end up a shiny mess.

The smell is enjoyable.  Not overpowering but light and once it is on I cannot smell it, which is good for those with sensitive noses.
