For the last month I have gotten back into the habit of working out. I figured with all the love the house was getting that I should put in some time on my body as well. I am not one that likes to go to the gym, I find the thought of people watching me work out and sweat very uncomfortable so I’ve always done it at home. I have a few DVDs that I like rotating through but lately I cannot get enough of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. This is my go-to work out DVD. I love the results I get but mostly I adore Jillian Michaels, she is pretty much the only reason I tune into The Biggest Loser.
I don’t know what this says about my workout desire but I find I get bored and so I like that each interval is different. It keeps my brain engaged and I don’t get bored and I know once I am finished with a set that is kicking my butt I won’t have to repeat it. I realize that sounds pathetic and not determined but it has ALWAYS been my issue with working out, that and finding time/motivation to make it part of my routine.
So what other DVDs do I add to my rotation? Jillian Michaels everything with a little old school!
