Summary: Falling in love is like swimming with sharks…
Sharona Blaire is only in Australia for a business audit, but she’s determined to make the most of her one free night. So when she spills her drink on a handsome stranger and they end up flirting, she does something completely out of character—she kisses him. But the prospect of taking it further totally freaks her out…almost as much as discovering the next morning that the man she’s auditing is the sexy, tanned stranger she left with zero explanation.
An audit during his crew’s most important expedition yet is a complication marine biologist Jeff Cruz doesn’t need—especially when the auditor is the gorgeous, fascinating woman from the night before. Out at sea with nowhere to run, he’s forced to admit Sharona draws him in like a shark to blood. But Jeff’s one passion is his job, and nothing—not even love—will get its hooks in him…
Review: Ok…before I start I need to say the cover of this book does not do this book justice! Ophelia we need sharks!!
That leads me into…I have read Ophelia London books before and have always really enjoyed! I’ve raved about her and the way she writes a book! Lots of chemistry and humor with really enjoyable characters! And characters that never come off as cheesy in the crazy situations she puts them in. With all this said this is the best book she has ever written! Ever! People…I do not know how to share this but…there are SHARKS!! SHARKS!!! Shark Week is my favorite week every and this book mentions said week!! And breeching! Be still my heart! All books will now fail in comparison!
Sharona is an auditor that helps small research teams. She excels in helping them make the most with the funds they receive. She ends up on a last minute assignment to Australia and after a disastrous flight she heads to her hotel bar and meets a boy.
Jeff is a famous marine biologist with a passion for Great Whites. He’s been burned in the past but when he meets a beautiful girl things shift for him.
I don’t want to give too much away because I am so excited about this book I fear I could over share…but this book made me so happy and not just because of the sharks! It is a quick read so snap it up and enjoy I promise you will not be disappointed!
